Covid Update NSW Government – Support and Grant Programs

Following the most recent update from the NSW Government in relation to the Covid 2021 Government Support and Grant Programs, the turnover test period has been broadened and therefore, more businesses that have been impacted by the Sydney lockdown may be eligible.

We encourage you to further review your business situation to determine if your business meets the updated criteria.

Updated Eligibility Criteria

Businesses that have experienced a decline in turnover of 30% or more (due to the issue of the Public Health Order) over a minimum 2-week period from 26 June 2021 to 17 July 2021 (or 26 June 2021 to 28 August 2021) for Jobsaver and Micro Business Grant) compared to:

– the same period in 2019, or
– the same period in 2020, or
– the 2-week period immediately before the Greater Sydney lockdown commenced (11 June to 25 June 2021)
